The Masters Database ( https://ms.mastersswimmingontario.ca/web/database/ ) contains swimming results information that is available to the public. This information is limited to: Swimmer Name, Swim Club, Masters ID number, Gender, Age and Swimming Result Times. Any other information stored in our database(s) is not publicly available.

We use software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our web site. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless they are sending us information via website forms or file upload.

We do not regularly use "cookies" to track how our visitors use the site.

Visitor information is not disclosed to anyone except Masters Swimming Ontario Association personnel or members who need the information, e.g., to respond to a request.
